Absolutely… I’ve a background in programming albeit in automation system so I know these things are never simple.
Just knowing that the issue has been acknowledged is a massive positive and that itself deserves recognition.
These days we deal with more and more faceless companies so its a refreshing change to have a small team thats so responsive.
