Jack is unusable atm

trying to set up a plan using Jack for the first time. Each screen is taking A… G… E… S… to load (I mean like 5 or more minutes each one…) to the point that it is unusable. Is this normal?

We’re seriously considering bailing on this before even having started.

Sorry to hear that. It’s super fast for us. My developer did a deployment today so you might have gotten unlucky right at that time, or just some random server performance issue. Our servers are in the US so the company hosting them can do night time updates occassionally. Hope it is better for you now.

Were you using an iPad by any chance? There is a weird bug that I’ve already reported about having to change display orientation between each screen to get it to work correctly.
