just came to my mind, what about a Kodi plugin that would place workout graph below any video that I watch? Would probably work in any platform. So no need to create an app.

Interesting suggestion. This is the first I have heard about Kodi, read about it. I like this idea. I see you can use netflix with it. I was going to try it buy they only support Intel Mac’s. Too bad, I would like to test it but I don’t use my PC for anything except sim racing 
And my kids playing some games.

Kodi offers tons of plugins that allow to watch nearly anything, to name a few - m3u IPTV streams, STB, local files. I stream football from my Vuplus STB etc. So you would with just 1 plug-in cover lots of video sources.
I believe the most important would be Android TV to cover.
