Max HR Test - Resistance Quit on 3rd Interval

I was doing the Max HR Test ride today when resistance dropped out on my WaHoo Kikr on the 3rd 2min interval. It just flatlined from the rest interval to the end. any thoughts on why?

Yes this is a problem that the second two you are in slope mode (must use your gears and go as hard as possible) but that is not obvious. I just added comments so it shows it on the screen

That would explain it! Kind of like a FTP test.

I hit 179 bpm on the 2nd internal - not bad for 67 years old! It was 191bpm 15yr ago, when I was in peak triathlon condition, so maybe I have a few more BPM in me :slight_smile:

Nice. I need to do a max hr test but I am pretty sure mine is about 180 and I am 58 but I don’t think it has dropped much in the last 10 years. Since I have not tested it or pushed myself to the max in a while, I might be kidding myself :slight_smile:
