I am new to the trainer day app and have purchased some megene sensors and have my bike on a standard cycle ops turbo trainer.
I find that the rpm seems quite accurate but the Watts is really high. I am presuming here that the target is what the watts you should be aiming for? I have it connected to Strava and it is saying I am going between 100 and 800 watts when I follow a spin class. I have my FPT set at 200 but still need to do the test properly. I am currently on the free version but want to get it set up correctly then I will subscribe.
