Not sure if this is in the right category but do you get a notification before membership renewal, I have a yearly membership that is nearing its end and want to know if it will automatically do another year or go onto monthly. I’d prefer to go on another year as it’s such a great training tool.

Sweet, thanks for that!!! Yes it will automatically do yearly and send you a notification and if you ever have a problem we will always fix it, including refunds when people get unexpectedly billed or are not happy for any reason.

Hi Alex, my membership has just renewed without any prior notice. Can I cancel the membership until needed as I’m on a break.

@Alex I have a question of a different nature. I have a monthly subscription that renews on the 18th of each month, but I’d like to move the renewal date to the 11th instead. Is that possible? I don’t mind shortening the period by a few days. 
You are on our old billing system… I have no idea if this is possible I just gave you an extra couple weeks. Let’s see if it works. Let me know if it does not.
