Would it be possible to add minimum time for activity (similar to max time per day)? Maybe I have a limited use case but would want to start a few days a week and progress to 4-5 by the end of the plan. Currently I set 3 days a week but if I set to 5 days a week the activities can be really short.
That’s interesting, and might be a good idea, need to think about it more how we might do it.
If you set max time on each day and then increase the start time it does this to some degree but then from a stress perspective your plan won’t increase as fast.
Thinking about this overnight I suppose you could set multiple sequential plans that introduce new workout days. My goal was to have a 16 week plan that starts 4 days a week then progresses to 5 and 6.
Yes, or depending on how you do it you could also have overlapping plans so one main plan and then like a single day plan that you add that starts after a month or whatever. I still like this idea of expanding days just no time to work on it yet.
