I use TD for cycling plan creation and IntervaIs for overall planning (running etc;) and analysis. I have created a 9 week CJ plan and would love to have the whole lot in intervals instead of just this week and next week rolling.
You can do it. Just send a copy to my plans and in my plans you can send as much as you want to intervals.
