I did my ramp test to get my FTP, but my phone froze right after finishing the test and didn’t allow me to see my result again. Is there any way to recover it?
The workout should be there, if you press continue at the bottom, then you can save it, or it is in the trash on the last tab. If you see the workout but just don’t know your FTP you can go to the website and see the last minute power average and multiply by .75 to get your FTP
