This was request from Italian user via email. He wants fast way to modify a CJ or other workout quickly. I am thinking like AI editor that is pre-populated.
I look forward to thank you.
Hello team,
I would like to suggest a feature that would make workout planning much more flexible.
Currently, if a workout (from Coach Jack) is already scheduled in the calendar, there is no easy way to adjust it based on how I feel or how much time I have on a given day. It would be great to have the ability to quickly modify an existing workout by:
-
Increasing or decreasing the workout duration (e.g., +15 minutes or -15 minutes)
-
Increasing or decreasing the workout difficulty/intensity.
Importantly, I am not looking to manually edit the workout structure myself. Instead, I would like the system to automatically swap/change the scheduled workout for an equivalent version that matches the selected duration or difficulty while preserving the original training intent.
EDIT: Main priority would be the duration for me. So eg I have a scheduled 60min training, but I have some more time today I can easily switch it from a 60min to a 90min training.
Having a simple way to adapt a scheduled workouts while preserving the overall training intent would make it much easier to stay consistent and follow a training plan in real-world situations.
Thank you for considering this feature request!
EDIT: Not sure if it’s a duplicate of Request to allow modifying workouts quickly - #2 by Trx
Feel free to close this one if it is
Merged it together, yes these are similar. We need to do this. I know some people are perfectionists, but the way CJ workouts are you can just stop when you don’t want to do any more using our app. But if you mean for MyWhoosh, I don’t know what happens when you end a workout early, and I do respect the desire to have it preset to the right length. This is something I want to do. We should go through a round of improvements in the next 4 weeks and I will see if this can make the list.
Hi Alex, is there anything new?
Nothing yet. I haven’t forgotten about it.
