"Send to" is greyed out? Can't send to Trainingpeaks

I’m trying to send workouts to Trainingpeaks, but the option is greyed out. I think I’ve seen this question before, but I couldn’t find any answers on the forum. The only options that work are ’My calendar’ and Garmin. The others are not available. I have TP premium.

Hi, I checked and your TrainerDay account is not connected to TrainingPeaks. You must go to our connections tab and connect. See below

Something must have happened because I have a similar situation, except that it unchecked the existing synchronization for me earlier.
