Send TrainerDay activity data to Garmin Connect

I’m sure this is not an unusual question.
Once I’ve completed my indoor workout on my Wahoo smart trainer using TrainerDay, I’d like to send the results to my Garmin Connect app to have a consolidated view of my indoor and outdoor workout data. Is this possible?

Yes it’s asked a lot of times. Garmin does not allow any new partners for sending completed activities, they want to push everyone to their ecosystem. But you can use rungap ($5/year) on ios or syncmyworkout should work for non-ios users.

Many garmin users record on their garmin device while doing a workout in our app but sometimes this can cause trainer control issues but that can be fixed as well.

SyncMyWorkout is also paid. Plans are $25/year or $7/month. The description shows that the data sent will be included in the training load, training status, which can be an advantage. Simply importing a workout into Garmin Connect from TrainerDay doesn’t produce these results.
@Aarvark45 If you use a Garmin bike computer, upload a workout with TD to it and do it on a smart trainer. If you use Garmin to control the smart trainer, it will save the training data in Garmin Connect, which will result in the analysis of the training load, etc.

If you have a power meter, this should be easy. Go as per your usual activity and have your Garmin record it separately. Smart trainer connected to phone, bike power meter connected to Garmin. Your hrm can broadcast to both.
