When I use the mobile app and use ‘Send To’ with variables ‘Zwift’ ‘Power’ and ‘Indoor’ I receive the attached error (Error refers to Wahoo which i never use or connect to). A few days ago when I tried again it worked, but now I was unable to get the workout to Zwift. Even restarting the app or playing a bit with different settings didn’t work.
Strange, we will investigate. You could do it from the website for now and we will get this fixed asap.
Ok so it seems the error message about wahoo is wrong, we need to fix that and we tested this a lot but the only way we were about to reproduce this problem was when their was no internet on our phones. We need better messaging obviously. If you continue to see this let us know.
Same error just yet from the same phone I’m posting this so internet connection is there:).
Curious if other people experience this as well. Can imagine troubleshooting is tricky when you can’t reproduce.
You are the only one out of more than a thousand people using this. We will keep investigating. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling our app but no idea why that would help.
I’ve had this issue with Wahoo every time. I send it again and the second time it goes, sometimes it takes 3 attempts, but it finally gets there.
