I send a power based swim erg workout to garmin connect calendar and it shows on my garmin forerunner watch so I can execute this workout from garmin.
However - this workout shows up on garmin as a “Pool swim workout”. Garmin pool swim workout does not get power meter on - bike workout would.
On gamin watch I see that each step of the workout mentions watts I need to be on; however when I start the workout the power does not come into play. Garmin just start the swim workout and the timer as it is just a normal swim workout.
Can you please explain this behavior as it does not add up.
