Yeah sadly for you, 250 watts would be way more “enjoyable…” If you have some nice steady slopes outdoors this is a good outdoor workout as well, then you could do the 35-45 rpm… You could punish yourself with some dynamic force workouts and then these 310w intervals would feel like a walk in the park. :slight_smile: Generally those are “better” during peak season training.
