Hi
I have a Cycleops Magnus M2 trainer. I have been using this trainer for the last few years no problem. But now only ERG mode works. I click on slope mode but it’s doesn’t change from ERG to slope. It’s changes wattages in a workout fine as it should in ERG mode. I have updated the app, reinstalled and updated firmware for trainer but the issue remains.
Any help would be appreciated

Oh sorry to hear that. iPhone or Android?
If you have a pc or mac with chrome, or possibly android you could connect here and try slope mode and then email me the log file. support@trainerday.com
We will review any changes and see if we can identify what could have caused this. We did major technology upgrade so it could be a library we use that changed. Some times bluetooth caches can get corrupted as well but that seems more rare.
