I’ve been using this app all season. I updated software to 16.7.14, deleted app, reinstalled, shut down, etc. Still won’t launch.
Yes, we have a fix coming. It seems to do something with HealthKit and iOS 16. It should be early this week, if not the middle of this week. It’s already submitted to Apple, just waiting for approval. Sorry about that.
Will I need to delete/ reinstall app again or should it automatically open once the issue is fixed?
The issue is fixed now. It got approved yesterday. And it should be automatic, but that depends on your own settings. You can always search the App Store and just say “Update”. You don’t need to reinstall.
