[SOLVED] - Bluetooth HR no connecting

Hi,

I had problems today using TrainerDay with my HRM-Pro Plus, it appears in the device list but it doesn’t connect.
I have tried the usual steps including reinstalling the app.

It is the first time I use the app since July and it was working fine back then, so must be something related with the latest version.
It works fine with the Wahoo app and the Garmin watch.

You might need to re-install our app. I have this same HRM and works fine with different android devices but we have some strange issue that some ble settings are getting cached.

Hi, I actually reinstalled the app but the issue is still there. Is there any way to get logs to see what is going on?

We are still working on a new version that hopefully fixes this with a simple upgrade. I assume this is Android 15 or 16 and likely Samsung as that seems to be the most troublesome although a few pixel users have had issues as well. You could try this reset bluetooth and wifi option. And go to settings/apps/trainerday and look at permissions and possibly refresh cache. Turn bluetooth on or off. Hopefully by Friday our next version will be out and it makes this simpler.

Also make sure your HRM is not paired directly to your phone in settings>bluetooth.

It works now! The settings/apps/trainerday permissions was the problem, most of them were denied.
My phone (Zenphone 10) was recently upgraded to Android 15 so I guess that changed the settings.
