[SOLVED] - Coach Jack not working

Good evening. Just rejoined after a period of just riding and when trying to use coach Jack in the web app I’m just getting a blank screen. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Hi, I just logged in as you and it worked fine. Make sure you don’t have any popup blocker, auto translators and are using desktop version and it will work. We are fixing it soon so these things won’t cause issues.

I’m getting the same a blank screen when I try to access coach jack too. Was working fine a few days ago.

Strange, I was able to login as you and it worked. I did pick the non-strava route. But now it should work fine.

Hi all. I’ve tried desktop app with popups etc allowed and its still not working for me. Tried on both mobile device and laptop.

Do you have ad blocker or auto-translation plugin?

Because I logged in as you and it worked fine, i believe it has to be something on your computer.

Morning Alex. I’ve tried it on 2 computers and my mobile with everything allowed as your earlier post suggested. When previously a member this feature worked on the very same computers and mobile device without issue (and I haven’t made any preference changes since then). I appreciate you’re able to log on as me at your end without issue but I’m struggling to understand when I’ve made no changes at my end, why the problem would be specific to my devices. Any other suggestions would be greatly welcomed.

Hi, The thread is marked as solved, have you been able to fix it? I have the same issue, I’m trying to edit my plan, but I get a blank page. I tried from a windows device, a mac device and my android mobile phone.

Oh now I understand what you mean. You mean edit from the calendar is broken. You can do it here instead for now.

That’s a mobile device. I get the same on my phone. But desktop it works fine. Can you show chrome desktop screenshot?

Yes sorry mobile is broken for Coach Jack… we are changing the technology so it must be accessed from desktop. We hope to have this resolved soon.

Hi Alex, thanks for the fast response. Unfortunately it’s the same on my computer (Windows and Mac).

Mine is working on desktop as of now. Not sure why because nothing has changed (but I won’t complain) :joy:
