[SOLVED] - Coach Jack plan builder not loading

Unfortunately after the first clickthrough through the wizard when setting up coach jack plan, the plan page just becomes grey and is not loading.
Navigating again to Coach Jack loads standard screen “Create New” but clicking on “create new” the page is again only grey

Hi Alex, any update on this? I just ran into this to. No matter what browser I try the create plan shows an animation of bike and then a blank page

My developer is still working on it. It’s strange as it works for us. I am sure it will be fixed tomorrow.

Oh, those are the worst to troubleshoot. If it is helpful, I hit F12 and see this across Chrome, Vivaldi, and Edge:

  1. coachjack.api.trainerday.com/api/v1/plan:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
  2. vendor-CyCL6DZE.js:14 TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘hasAiProgression’)
    at Proxy.beforeMount (PlanCreator-BnQsmGQc.js:8:59757)

  3. Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received.
