OK. Will do.
And if it does get stuck pressing up down at the bottom unsticks it usually or going slope and back to erg. One other user mentioned a similar problem.

Hi:
I updated to 7.6.0 but the problems remain largely the same.

Depressing, if you would be willing to work with me 1:1 we should be able to figure this out quickly. Let me know.
I have experienced the same; completed the entire 30 minutes of ramp and no FTP scored. Bummed as I need to know my FTP to calibrate other workouts
Just send me the completed link. It’s the last 1 minute * .75. You did not lose anything… No idea why this happens. We can’t replicate it.
Thank you. I’ll be away from my bike until Sunday, maybe we can figure it out then.
Ok you both seem to be having the same issues so I merged these into one. I did not do the merging perfectly. But we can see the most important information I believe.
-
Open App. Bluetooth does not automatically connect.
-
Go to “Add Device” to manually connect Bluetooth.
-
Start Workout. Cadence and Power initially at 0.
-
Although Local controller indicates ERG, display “Flatlines”.
-
Stop Workout. Cadence and Power Displays frozen.

So users were getting crashes so I made our connection code less aggressive (which solved a huge number of problems) but now this is why your device is struggling to connect now as it seems this particular device needs more time or more re-tries to get it to connect. So you have every possible problem here. If we solve your problems we will solve every problem we have… My rower has this same problem as your device that it does not connect automatically and barely connects with manual but I have 10 other devices that work fine. I am not giving up on this. Sorry to take so much of your time.
Tracy I now believe I clearly understand the issue with your device. Your device uses the same older Wahoo protocol. So if we send too many requests it starts ignoring them. I have high hopes this will be fixed in the next 2 days.
Ok I found what is probably your connection issue, and possibly the other issue as well but hard to say since you are the only one with this exact issue.
Great news. Thanks.
New version is out. Fingers crossed.
Love if you could give the new version a try. If it does not work maybe a re-install. Let me know. Really want to get this fixed.
I re-installed. The Bluetooth connected immediately which is a big improvement. After I paused and clicked on ‘Controllable’ the power became much steadier so I think that’s working. Still no cadence.
Cadence is coming ASAP. Sounding good!!!
I will be away from my bike until Saturday. I’ll install the new update and let you know.
Paul
