[SOLVED] - Different BPM targets for outdoor workouts vs coach jack

Hey!

Firstly thanks for creating this app. I’m a new subscriber and just getting started really so theres every chance I’ve done something wrong. I have an indoor erg trainer and been using the coach jack to setup a plan. It setup 2 days indoor training and 1 day outside, I don’t have a powermeter for outside so I changed this to Outdoor - HR.

On the coach jack planning screen the BPM numbers seemed right? (At least to my untrained eyes)

But then when i go into the calendar and i look at the bpm figures there, theres no way I’m going to be hitting those without a defib nearby :joy:

This doesn’t seem to be a glitch with this chart either as it seems to send it to trainingpeaks with these inflated numbers. So I’m unsure I can use these workouts outdoors.

Is there something I’m missing or is this a bug?

Thanks

This seems to be a new bug. I’ll get it fixed right away. Glad to have you. Thanks for pointing this out. It’s possible that in your settings, where we do the conversion, you’ve got bad values. It’s called “Zones and Sports” in the menu.

Actually, not a bug, you just entered bad data in here. See your data below. I just added those percent symbols today to make it more clear, so it was less obvious yesterday.

Ahhh!! Yes thank you so much! That’ll teach me to read the manual, I entered these values in as my actual HR zones :person_facepalming:

Thanks I think we can close this now
