Seem to be having the same issue. New account I was able to get half way through creating a plan and then closed it.
Came back to it later and now the screen is blank. Attempted multiple devices, phone and PC, and browsers, firefox, chrome, zen (chrome was a fresh install, no extensions), with the same issue.
