Was just reaching the peak point of the ramp test.
Stopped pedaling and the App crashed.
After reopening I tried to pick up the running training again.
After pedaling or trying to stop the test, the App crashed again.
See attached screencast for reference.
iOS 18.3 on iPhone 15 Pro. Latest TD App Release.
The trainer is a Tacx Neo Smart T2800.
It has been working flawlessly together with TrainerDay App on multiple iPads in my household.
Which leads me to suspects it’s some random issue related to the iPhone?
Even a hard restart with the well known button combination to the Apple logo won’t fix it.
Only other device is a Polar H6 Bluetooth HR Meter.
Yeah I looked at our event log and don’t see anything. Uninstall and re-install our app should fix it. I would think it might be some kind of corrupt data but not sure how it happened, unless the first crash just randomly ran out of memory or something and the crash caused the corrupted data… hard to say.
Never mind. After smashing the save button for a bazillion times, the app crashed one last time and at last, the worked seems to have been saved now.
I’ll go ahead and reinstall, just in case.
Hey there I am following up, because I do have the same error again.
After stopping the workout, I just can’t save without having the app crash.
I reinstalled multiple times.
Any chance of some more debugging?
In this state, the App has become unusable to me.
I would be happy for you to meet with my developer if you are willing. Let me know and I will PM you. If it does not save just hit discard and you will see it in your trash and you can restore it.
@electricm Hi. Please write which phone model (example: iphone 13 pro max) you are using. I also want to know if you use an Apple Watch and what smart devices you use during your workout. This will help me find any errors in the reports if there are any. I will do my best to fix this issue.
