[SOLVED] Issues to connect my Elite Suito

Hi,
Today I have tried to do a workout and my Suito doesn’t wan to connect to my Mac.
Blue led is fixed as use to be. I have tried to link it again with Trainerday app. Sometimes appears Suito as able to connect, so I click on + icon, and then it seems that can’t go through to link totally.
Suito makes typical noise, sometimes is hard to pedal. But I can’t connect it.
I have updated Trainerday just in case, and nothing changes.
Any suggestion to try to fix it asap?

My guess would be that it is some how connected to something else but also make sure it is not directly paired to you mac ble as that can cause extra issues. We have a suito with no issues with android or ios but have not used mac.

Issue solved following steps by Elite staff. Install Elite app My E-training, open the app, and follow a few steps, and finally turn on trainer.
Once fixed, I closed the app, and open Trainerday and trainer is selected correctly

I had this multiple times on my Elite Direto. Same reason as Alex mentions - something was already paired with the trainer and was stealing the connection, either the computer, another app on the phone or Garmin watch. Garmin was especially annoying as it would do nothing for 20-40 minutes and all of the sudden the trainer stops responding.
