Live stream from iOS is no longer syncing the graphs displayed in the browser. When you view the live stream, the line graphs start at the far left. Refresh the page and lines start over from the far left again.
In this image, there’s 10 minutes left in the overall workout, but the lines are showing starting from the far left and show the 2nd set of HIIT inverals.
One other minor item is that the RPM display on the Live Stream is showing the x.5 numbers that were displaying on the iOS app. The iOS display issue is resolved, but still shows in the live stream.
You are using the old version of our web trainer. Now it is ride.trainerday.com we should set up a redirect
Although they should be the same but we have tested this a bunch and don’t see any issues but there is some strange combinations of events that could cause this or let’s just say we don’t know how to reproduce it.
I could not take screenshot at exactly the same time. But you can see below.
Ok I found a serious bug related to this. Hopefully the only bug but since I could easily reproduce this if for example I started the app before the web page for example or the web page got refreshed for some reason. So I am not 100% sure what would happen if your web page lost the internet but the phone did not (I will test this later) but at the minimum refreshing the page will for sure solve any sync issues. Hopefully their are not because for sure the major issue was resolved. The “get all data” was missing. I also believe I improved the responsiveness by cutting out 1 extra second of lag time. This will be available in our version next week should be before Wednesday.
The latest TD release (8.2.3) resolved the live stream syncing issue and that is working again. Able to refresh the page, or start the page after a workout has started, and the graph is in sync.
RPM is still showing x.5 increments on the live stream, but it’s a minor issue.
