No rpm how to resolve
What trainer or device reporting rpm do you have? I assume you checked connections and cadence is selected.
I have a quarq power meter and just tested it and realize it shows 0 also. Maybe you have something similar. I assume fixing our quarq will fix your power meter since no one else has reported this it must be more of a limited case.
I do not have a separate power meter. I rely on the trainer for cadence and power. The power reads fine.
And what trainer do you have? Maybe your trainer reports data like my crank does. If you want to make sure it gets fixed quickly then going here with google chrome on android/window/mac and recording 30 seconds of pedalling and sending the file to support@trainerday.com and we can make sure it gets resolved. Otherwise it should be resolved in our next release (not the one coming today)
It’s a Saris H3. Data comes out when using MyWhoosh, which I don’t care for. Trainer day is the best, when it works. I’ll work on sending the file.
Love it!!! @dthrog00 Don’t you have an H3 and your cadence is fine? Just curious. It is our app problem for sure and I now believe I have an generic solution to fix a few different strange cadence issues now (I fixed my quarq).
Cadence worked fine the workout I did with the new version app but I have been using Zwift lately with CJ.

Thanks, we have a few new versions lately and I have been fixing cadence on some other devices and might have broken a H3.
I’ve had the same issue recently (since the issue with the trainer connection problem was resolved), no RPM on a wahoo Kickr.
RPM fix is done we are just testing now and should be available on Monday.
This should be fixed now
Works likes a charm now. Thank you, for no having to look at avatars.
