Help. I have several workouts saved for my VASA trainer (swimerg). When I pulled one up last night to use it looked good until I hit the “swim now” button. The workout then disappeared and just reverted to “warmup”. I tried using several different workouts and they all did this. This has never happened before. Not sure what to do?
Hi strange, make sure you have the latest version of our app and restart your phone to be safe. I just tried it and it worked fine for me.
O.k. Thanks. I was using my Ipad. I will try it when I get home. I rely on your product for my VASA workouts 
It was so strange. I did update the app when I saw it wasn’t working but I will make sure my ipad is updated as well.
It might be an update that caused this issue. If you still see it and can record a video it will help me understand or go to our website and send a link to the workout you are trying.
I tried after updating everything and the workouts still do not work. Was there a change recently in TrainerDay? It worked fine last week.

I am not sure how to get this video for you to see. It says it has to be jpeg, etc. Do you have an email address I can forward it to?
