[SOLVED] - Unable to create new plan with Coach Jack

Hi there,

I currently have an existing training plan using Coach Jack, as shown below:

I was trying to create a new plan for the next season after this one. I answered a few questions and submitted it, but all I see on the next page is a blank screen, as shown below:

I tried closing the browser tab and redoing the steps, but now, after clicking the “Create New Plan” button, it always leads to this blank page.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Let me look, I have seen this happen but not sure why.

My developer will look tomorrow morning. I had a look but could not see the problem.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I rotated my iPad 90 degrees (i.e. landscape to portrait) and the first question appeared, then after answering got a blank page again. So another 90 degrees rotation back to landscape, second question appeared, blank page, and so on until I got to the last question and got my plan.

Wow… that’s bizarre.

My developer is on vacation so he was a bit slow at looking but this is fixed. I logged in as you and answered the questions so you need to reset them. One problem seems to be with making a plan longer than 6 months.

See below how to re-answer the questions.

Im having the same issue (after answering some questions I get the blank screen.
I don’t see the plan, not the link to “Initial Plan Questions”.

Sorry something seems wrong with CJ I will get my developer to look at this.

Sorry I was wrong. I just logged in as you and it worked fine. It might work now for you but if not if you have a language translation plugin or popup blocker it might cause issues, otherwise make sure you are on chrome with mac or PC to be safe.

Thanks for checking. It was blank for an hour or so but now I’m at the next step. I didn’t change anything and did not have any translations or blockers active.
Working now though!
