[SOLVED] - Watts not matching target wattage

Hi,

Im doing a workout. Normally works fine but today the ERG mode did not change the resistance at all to match the target wattages.

September 16, everything fine:

September 23 (today)

Setup:

-Zwift Ride with Wahoo Kicker Core 2

-Trainerday on Android

-The only change I did is that I turned the Kickr Bridge off on Wahoo. I normally put that on to get my heart rate info via that into the app. It did not work, so I connected directly with my heart rate device.

-And the workout itself was 95% instead of 93% (what you can select in ERG mode)

I tried increasing or decreasing cadence, that did not work.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help, really like the app!

It’s possible that changing the device caused some kind of BLE corruption. Make sure that the device is not paired directly to your phone, and see if that fixes it. And if not, reinstall our app. I’m sure this is fixable.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will reinstall the app, and restore the Wahoo bridge to not connect my HRM directly. I’ll reach out again if the issue persist.

Sorry I should have said this sounds like wahoo app might be running in the background blocking control also. Restarting your phone and opening TD might just fix it.

Check, I’ll try it all and get back to you!

Yes it works:

-I’ve connected my HR monitor via the Wahoo Bridge

-I then closed the Wahoo app

No problems!
