Sometimes I have intervals that go on forever but alternate between 110 rpm and 60 rpm, for example, with some rest in between and it’s easy to forget if I’m on 60 or 110 rpm.
Having TrainerDay say, “2 minutes, 180 watts, 110 rpm” would be amazing compared to just a beep.
So you’re saying that this is basically a replacement to beep. What we found with Beep is we ended up having to have three different volume levels or something. and different types. That list is getting so long. Overall, I think I like this idea,.
A question, the problem is you don’t look at the screen? You’re watching a movie or listening to audio, or the screen’s just not on for some reason. Can you explain a little more?
The problem is mostlywhat you said. I’m watching a movie or YouTube and lose track but also that the app doesn’t tell me all those things. It’ll give target watts but not also target cadence (i.e. both on the same interval).
What do you mean? It shows you target watts and target cadence at the same time now. assuming the target cadence is actually set in the workout interval. When you’re showing the cadence, down at the bottom left and right of that little box, it has a red indicator. And even the cadence turns red when you’re not doing the right value.
