a separate page aside from the main workout page (like Garmin head units where you swipe to the left/right) where it shows total time spent in power zones and hr zones (zones also clearly defined e.g., x% to y% is z2, etc.). helpful when you just want to spend a certain time in a power/hr zone especially if you have to cut the workout short or is just doing a free ride.
That’s an interesting idea. I have not seen this feature in Garmin. I will consider this.
not usually utilized in Garmin head units but those data fields are definitely there. i was doing a workout focused on z2 hr when i realized that at any point in time, i would like to know how much time have i already spent in z2 during that workout. i know that sometimes warmups reach up to z2 before properly starting on an interval and so, an info page that would show the cumulative time would be a good addition (in my case)
