I have had a look and cant seem to find an answer to this. if this has already been asked i just need pointing in the right direction!
I have a CJ plan set up, is there a way to move the days around after its been created?
In this case i have a long workout on a Sunday and my legs feel a little cooked. CJ has scheduled a recovery ride on Wednesdays, I would like to move my recovery ride from Wednesdays to Mondays as I think this would work better going forward.
