I have had a look and cant seem to find an answer to this. if this has already been asked i just need pointing in the right direction!
I have a CJ plan set up, is there a way to move the days around after its been created?
In this case i have a long workout on a Sunday and my legs feel a little cooked. CJ has scheduled a recovery ride on Wednesdays, I would like to move my recovery ride from Wednesdays to Mondays as I think this would work better going forward.

). Meaning if someone trains Sun and Mon in most cases Mon should be recovery ride. We always start the week on Monday… we will try to fix this soon.
