Hello, I subscribed today and I really like the app and the huge set of trainings.
Today I tried a first training and ERG mode was not working, I noticed when I first connected the trainer that there were different tacx flow options (like “tacx flow 0” etc) could it be a problem with the one I selected? What are the differences between those?
Desktop or mobile? Android/iOS? Thank you so much!!! It’s strange you are seeing those settings. Your trainer is smart trainer that has built in power. Can you send me a screenshot of the connections tab?
If you could connect to this and try erg mode and then download the report and send it to me at support@trainerday.com we should be able to figure it out in a reasonable amount of time.
I’d say one thing to make sure also is that your trainer isn’t directly paired to your device through the, let’s say, Android or iOS settings, that it’s only paired to our app, not the, not Android settings.
