I think there may be a bug when exporting a TCX of an activity from the iOS app. The TCX timestamps appear to be in local time, but I think they should probably be converted to UTC. The reason I think this is that when I upload the TCX from TrainerDay into Strava, the start times are off by my local timezone difference.

Hi why not use automatic strava connection? But we can look at this, it seems it should be utc. You might be able to set the time zone in trainerday to gmt or what ever utc is now as temporary fix.
Well I was playing around uploading it to a few places, but yes Strava connection would make more sense, I just mentioned it as an easily testable example 
Our strava connection works great as long as time zone is set in both places.
