New to TD. I authenticate to Wahoo via “connections” in the mobile app, but every morning when I go to work out, it’s disconnected and I have to do it all over again. It’s quite annoying. Is there a possible solution? Thank you.
Can you try sending from the website instead? I will have my developer look at this.
Do you have the latest version of our app? My app developer was pretty sure this is fixed but we will test this. (I guess if you are a new user you should have new version of our app)
We tested this and can’t replicate the issue. Let me know if it keeps happening.
Mine also does this on desktop, have tried removing it and re-adding it but the issue persists.
So sorry Robert, it’s interesting we tested a few times after 24 hours and it worked, but I just tried mine now after weeks and it failed too. We are finally finishing some critical stuff so going to try to get this fixed ASAP…
