From what I see your current plan is active. Let me ask my developer. I thought we had a way to update card. Are you saying each day it fails? I am not exactly understanding the problem.
Yes, I clicked on the “Update Credit Card” option on your website, entered the card number and CVV, and the website prompted that the submission was successful after I clicked submit. However, there was no deduction shown in my bank’s APP. The next day, I lost my Trainerday membership, and when I checked on your website, it showed “Payment Deduction Rejected”. I suspect that there is a bug on your website. If possible, could you please help me cancel the bank card that is bound to your website?
