That’s a mistake, sorry. Can you send me a link to that? Coach Jack creates indoor workouts and so when converting to outdoors it might have apply RPM to the whole thing rather than a single interval. That would be a risky workout. It might produce great results but the risks are too high.
We fixed part of the problem. Now it should not be long intervals of cadence work in z1. But we have a second problem that it send you the wrong target cadence. We are still working on fixing that part.
Sorry I am wrong. This is still not fixed on the calendar but is correct in Coach Jack.
