Trouble Connecting to Tacx Neo

Hi All, Any help connecting to a Tacx Neo bike - tried to use the app this morning but no luck

Kept getting:

Bluetooth must be enabled for app to work

Bluetooth was enabled on my phone, and bike itself was not showing as being connected on the BLuetooth page, as per the setting recommendations

Any ideas what the issue might be ?

Hi, Yes you need to re-install because you did not accept location services which is required for bluetooth to work
