I am having the hardest problem in getting trainerday to pair with my tablet or phone. THe phone is a samsung S9 running android 10. I’ve tried everything, sometimes it pairs and I go through my workout. Other times no good. Is there a trick I’m missing??

Hi Bob, it should work fine. You could try re-installing our app, it’s strange but I have heard of re-install fixing issues. If that does not work and you are willing to work with my developer, I am sure we could get it sorted in 30-60 minutes of your time (and you do a broken training session while you are at it).
