VASA Swim workout creation and TrainingPeaks

I created a swim workout in TrainerDay. The workout had rest intervals. However trainer day requires even rest intervals power to be larger than 0 so I created 1Watt rest intervals.
During the workout I had to swim a little during rest intervals as otherwise the rest count down did not advance. This is ok though. The problem though that in TrainingPeaks(which is what I use for my ironman triathlon training) the rest periods are not considered rest - they are treated as just another interval with very low power so the average power for the entire workout is skewed. Is there a way to build rest intervals so they do not require any power and so that rest intervals are interpreted as rest?

Hi, we have a setting in the app to disable auto pause, that should solve your issue. It should allow 0 in our editor. This is a bug we will fix.

I could create interval with 0 FTP target? Can you show me your problem?

Thanks Alex. I will ty. I was able to create 0 watts internal like you said. Will try disabling auto pause
