For some time now, my heart rate monitor (Wahoo Tracker HR CDC2) has not been recognised by the app. The app is up to date and the heart rate monitor was working until about a month ago.
Any suggestions?
Make sure and disconnect it from your phone, iOS or Android Bluetooth settings. And then restart your phone. If that doesn’t work, reinstall our app.

I fillowed both your suggestions, but nothing has changed.

If you uninstalled and reinstalled our app, to me the only things that seem to be remaining is your heart rate monitor is not working, or something else is connecting it and blocking it. For example, the Wahoo app or some other device. Obviously, you could contest connecting your heart rate monitor, something like a Strava app.
All these Bluetooth HR monitors pretty much work the same. I have a Wahoo, but it’s an older one, but it works. I have lots of iOS devices.
