Sorry I’ve been asking so many questions but am afraid I’ve got one more!
For a long time I was using the peloton app to do powerzone classes. During those classes the instructors always did a warmup. You usually did spin ups (fast cadences) and you rode in the zones you were going to ride in through the class and after the warmup you started the class.
At the end of the class there was a limited cool down section and if you wanted more you could do a cool down class.
What is the score with coach Jack program? Is warmups and cool-downs built into all classes or an I expected to do this bit my self.

Edit I probably should have said the warmups in peloton probably lasted between 10 and 13 mins
