Hi Just Got. Trainer Day on my Android Phone , Not sure why the speed sensor connect and keeps. disconnecting and watts does not show up , Tried the same. with Iphone it’s working fine with that , can we please fix this

Very strange. Android should work the same as iPhone. Can you try restarting your phone and if that does not help try reinstalling our app? And let me know.

Hi Alex , I have restarted the app several times, reinstall the app several times , switched off and turned my phone on several times . All the time same results , it connects the first time with iPhone and is working fine , are there any other Android users having this issue.

No. But maybe try to connect to another app lige wahoo rgt and then try trainerday again. This solved a connection issue for me in the past

My Android for testing, works fine. We have thousands of Android users and so it should work. I would uninstall and reinstall it and make sure you accept everything.

Hi. Alex , thanks for all the quick reply, I had to reset my phone and phone and now is working not sure what setting was not letting it connect. its working now thanks agin for all the help and quick support . i think we can close this.
