Weird graph during workout…

Hi, today I was doing a workout, and after awhile, I noticed graph was not synced…
I do attach a picture to show it… Red arrow mark my current moment on the workout. And green arrow is where power and heartbeat are…
It should be at same vertical point with my current time…

Yes it often happens for me too. There is an easy quick fix - just switch to HR+ mode for a second and go back to ERG, it should ‘sync’ your graph. Though indeed there is some underlying issue

I see you have three sensors connected. What’s paired there?

Interesting you see the same thing and you guys are both using it on a mac. I wonder if it is related to using the mac. We have not tested using macs a lot. I know there are a lot of different things that can cause this and usually most of them are resolved by people modifying their setup in some way. For example they are recording on a garmin or wahoo at the same time or something else.

The case you are talking about which is clicking on HR+ fixes the issue points it more to some issue that we could resolve if we could identify it as you suggested.

Any more details like Conti said what 3 devices do you have @marcoslachnowicz

I’m only using a HR chest strap and the power trainer, both connected only to TrainerDay app

What trainer do you have? And you have nothing Ant+ that could be connecting to your trainer correct?

I have Elite Suito trainer.A HR Wahoo sensor, and a cadence sensor. All of them connected by bluetooth to my iPad Air. No Ant+ as I don’t have the Ant+ usb stick plugged on my iPad

Oh I did not see that was iPad. I thought it was a mac. I mean any device with Ant+ that could be on. Garmin, Wahoo anything else. We have Suito as well and don’t have this problem at all but we have seen other suito users at times in the past with problems like this. A lot of people report ERG problems with Elite trainers for all the apps but some times some users have issues with ours and not with others. But as I said usually it is fixable. Another solution is uninstall, restart iPad and reinstall it if you see this again.

Also you can try clicking on slope and back to ERG or the up down at the bottom. Let me know if you see this very often or any patterns to it.

I have used many years Trainerroad and no issues of that kind. How to use Trainerday on a Mac? I mean with no iPhone or iPad beside…

If you have M-series CPU you can download iOS apps through App Store on Mac

Obviously TR has more money and more time and resources to find and fix issues like this. It’s strange stuff that affects one model of suito and not another or something specific to your environment but if it is stable on TR obviously there is something we could do to resolve this. If you see this regularly and were willing to spend a little time with my developer we can get this resolved. These days when I offer this, most people some how resolve the issue. Like I said uninstall>restart>reinstall fixes some issues for some strange reason.

See here for m-series.
