What do numbers mean on daily workout

Hello, when looking at the TD app and my workouts, I am curious as to what the numbers are at the bottom. Maybe this is covered somewhere in the instructions but I could not find it. I pasted a screenshot with the numbers circled in red.

Obviously the left number is the workout duration. The rest of the numbers are not as easy to identify, especially the right percentage one. Sometime that one is a positive or a negative percentage.

Keep in mind this a recommended workout because I have a Coach Jack plan, in case that matters.

I really want to know how to USE these numbers when selecting from the four available (plan) workout suggestions each day.

Thanks

Left: training stress score, intensity factor

Training stress attempts to identify how much impact a workout has. Most plans will increase tss week over week to improve by progressive overload , minus recovery weeks.

Intensity factor is the percent of FTP. 64% means this is in the middle of zone 2.

Thanks, now how about the right number and how I should use these to decide on a workout?

I’d defer to Alex, but I ** think ** it is a comparison to what you’ve done lately.

Is your normal ride an IF of about 0.80? So, .64 IF is 15.8% intensity factor less than your normal?

Dave

100% correct. It’s the intensity compared to your last 7 days average of 2 hardest days.

Ok good stuff, thanks
