Sorry we broke it and it was so bad we removed it (it was completely ignoring what you asked for). It will be much, much better and released this week. If you need access I can give you a secret link. If you know what you are doing you might get it to do what you want.
is this likely this week? i was planning to start a 16 week block from today with some fairly specific day limitations (around my daughters race programme) which changes from season to season

But the version coming in the next few days should be a lot better, like night and day, hopefully. The thing is, you can make that version give you something reasonable As long as you provide the right prompts.

many thanks - i seemed to have a good output from Claude AI but needed to have it interview me and then was very focussed on modern training principles, variety etc

Yes, as long as you create your plan outside of our tool and just import the json, this current tool works fine but we want it to produce reasonable plans that do what you asked for without using external llms. I am a big claude fan but we are using open ai for this due to speed and pricing.
