Manually deleting a row will delete the block instead.

Sorry for the slow response. Long weekend. Was this web based or app based? Can you send me visuals to see what you mean? We need to test deleting more as my developer had to do some fixes in our app for deletions as he was facing issues. We will test and fix this but your example will help.
