Unfortunately I had nearly no chance to reach the required RPMs.
Some remarks:
Is it possible with Coach Jack to define the own starting high RPM range e.g. 88-85 and the progression steps for the next CAD Workouts e.g. 2 ?
From my point of view each cyclist has a different RPM capability from where the CAD improvement should start.
In the Smart phone App you have no indication when the CAD interval will start and at what RPM range. Unfortunately you see only e.g. next 5m Z2 but no CAD information. This would help to prepare for it.
Currently I can’t figure out where the CAD information is stored, nether on the computer nor on the smart phone. Where are the hidden or how about creating an own one.
A similar type would be appreciated for low cadence workouts.
Great thinking. Right now, what we do is if a user has Strava connected, we look at their average cadence and try to increase it a little bit and it. slowly increases over the duration of the plan. But there’s probably some cases where it does estimates the target wrong. And for sure we should have a user confirm the ranges or at least have a way to change it. I agree. I also like low cadence, so agree with that one as well. Not sure how quick we can get to these, but I’ll try to do it in a reasonable amount of time as I agree with this.
Far as upcoming cadence, yeah, I don’t know how to do that. I think you can click on it, the intervals near the bottom and it will show you the cadence targets. If not, I could add that fairly easy. But still clicking through to see when it is. That’s not very nice. have to think on that one longer. It’s possible I could reset your baseline to something lower. I don’t know why it picks something too high. Let me know if you want me to do that and I’ll review how this works.
What about upcoming cadence changes with a, one of these pop-ups, like interval messages that shows up like, Either right when the beeps start, the 3 beeps or like 10 seconds before the interval change. I don’t know how many people will see these.
