I am new to this software. I’m aiming for a multi-day bikepacking competition in July 2025. How does the training program behave if you miss a training session for some reason?

Another question. Ramptest, does the program calculate the ftp value for you based on it? And use it in the future?

The program doesn’t change when you miss a training. Missing one training isn’t the end of the world. You miss an opportunity to grow, but it won’t set you back unless you train 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
Since you will be training for a multi-day bike-packing event, I guess you are training more.

Yes we also have the feature that instead of following a calendar you can follow a plan directly. When you do this, you just do one workout after the next, this is a form of dynamic training that in most cases works perfectly. Unless you take weeks off you don’t really need to alter a CJ plan. Push CJ to My Plans and click to activate that plan in app if you prefer that. Calendar is fine as well. And yes FTP test does automatic FTP calculation and adjustment.
